A website for your business: what each industry needs
Every website shares the same foundation. Then each industry adds its own: appointments, menus, listings, schedules or courses.
Short answer: a website for your business first needs the basics: what you do, where you are, starting prices and how to contact you. Then it adds what is specific to your industry, such as appointments, menus or listings. With Páginas Clover it costs US$200 for development plus a monthly plan from US$20, or a one-time US$400.
What every website has in common
Every business needs to say what it does, where it is, when it is open, its starting prices and how to contact it, all easy to read on a phone. The full list is in what a business website needs to have.
Here we only cover what changes from one industry to another.
Dentists and dental practices: appointments and trust
Patients choose a person, not a logo, and they want to know how to book before they call.
- Treatments explained simply: cleaning, orthodontics, implants and emergencies, each in two or three lines.
- Who sees patients: name, photo and specialty of each professional.
- Health insurance plans (obras sociales) and payment methods you accept, written on the page.
- Booking in one tap: a WhatsApp button with the request already written. Online booking is added as a special feature and quoted separately.
- Patients’ questions, answered: “Do you see emergencies?”, “Do you treat children?”, “How long does the treatment take?”
If the site stores patient data, security matters. Our sites score A+ on three independent scanners, and the private panel requires two-step verification. The results are on the security page.
Restaurants and bars: menu, QR code and opening hours
The menu is what people look for most. It has to read well on a phone and always be up to date.
- The menu as text, with prices, not as a photo or PDF: it reads better on a phone, and search engines and AI assistants understand it.
- A QR code on the tables that opens that same menu. You can create one for free with our QR code generator.
- Kitchen hours and days closed, always up to date.
- Special options: gluten-free (sin TACC), vegetarian, kids’ menu, delivery or pickup.
- A button to reserve or order on WhatsApp, in plain view.
Prices and daily specials change often. With a monthly plan you message us on WhatsApp and we update the menu ourselves.
Real estate agencies: listings and inquiries per property
A property that has already sold but is still listed wastes time and costs trust. The listings have to be up to date.
- One page per property: good photos, price, area, number of rooms and square meters.
- Sales and rentals kept separate, easy to browse on a phone.
- Inquiries per property: the WhatsApp button has the property’s name already written in, so you know which one they’re asking about.
- Sold or rented: it is removed from the list or marked as such.
- Who you are: name, license number, office address, opening hours and how to request a valuation.
You send us the photos and details and we add them. With a monthly plan, new listings and removals are part of the plan’s tasks; big changes are quoted separately.
Gyms: plans, class schedules and members
The first thing people look for is which classes there are, at what time, and how much they cost. If it’s not there, many don’t even ask.
- Plans and prices in plain sight.
- Class timetable and hours, updated every time it changes.
- Trainers: who they are and what they teach.
- Trial class: a WhatsApp button to book it.
- Real photos of the place and the classes.
With Gestión de Clientes Pro, each member has a personal account: they see their subscription, payments, messages and promotions. The gym has a private panel, and both sides can be installed as an app on the phone. It includes migrating your current member list. You can try it with sample data: the client account demo and the CEO Dashboard demo.
Churches and communities: gathering times and donations
Someone arriving for the first time needs to know when, where and how to join in.
- Gathering times and the address with a map, the first thing visitors see.
- “Your first visit”: what to expect, how long it lasts and whether there is a space for kids.
- The week’s activities and groups, in a calendar that is kept up to date.
- How to give: the details for donating (alias or account) written as text, easy to copy. If you want to receive donations online, we talk it over and it is quoted separately.
- More than one language, if the community is international.
Activities change every week. With a monthly plan you tell us the changes and we update them ourselves.
Barbershops and hair salons: appointments and photos of your work
Before choosing, people look at real work. And they want to book without waiting for a reply.
- Services and prices: haircut, beard, color and combos.
- Photos of real work, of haircuts and beards you did yourselves.
- Who works there and what each person does.
- Booking by WhatsApp with the message already written. Online booking is added as a special feature and quoted separately.
- A link to review you on Google, ready to share with every customer.
To bring customers back, Gestión de Clientes Pro gives each one an account, with promotions and messages.
Academies and institutes: courses and enrollment
Someone looking for a course compares levels, schedules and prices before writing.
- Courses and levels, with schedules, format (in person or online) and price.
- Who teaches: name, photo and experience.
- Reviews from real students.
- Enrollment or a trial class: how to ask for it, through the channel your students use: WhatsApp, LINE or another.
- More than one language, if your students speak another one.
A real case: Spanish with Emi teaches Spanish in Taipei. We built its site in several languages, with booking through LINE, and it scores A+ on all three security scanners. If you want each student to have an account, with payments, messages and promotions, there is Gestión de Clientes Pro.
Lawyers and law firms: practice areas and the first consultation
People who consult a lawyer share sensitive information and look for trust before price.
- Practice areas in plain words: family, labor, inheritance, accidents, one by one.
- Who is on the team: name, photo and license number.
- The first consultation: how to request it, what to bring, and whether it is held in person, remotely or both.
- Frequently asked questions for each area, answered in general terms and without promising results.
The sites we build score A+ on three independent security scanners and use no cookies or third-party trackers; you can check the results on the security page. For a private client area, Gestión de Clientes Pro gives each client an account with messages and payments, and the firm a panel with two-step verification.

How much it costs
The price is the same for every industry. What changes is the monthly plan you choose and whether you add the client system.
| What | Price | How you pay |
|---|---|---|
| Website with monthly maintenance | US$200 for development, plus US$20 (Basic), US$30 (Growth) or US$40 (Growth + Content) per month | Development once, plan every month |
| Website without maintenance | US$400 | One-time payment |
| Gestión de Clientes Pro | US$200 | One-time payment |
| CEO Dashboard and analytics (standalone) | US$200 | One-time payment |
| Gestión de Clientes Pro + CEO Dashboard | US$300, with the app on Google Play and the App Store (coming soon) | One-time payment |
Every system includes the phone app, which is installed from the browser. Monthly plans include a set number of small tasks; big changes are quoted separately.
How we work
- A free analysis or proposal. If you already have a site, we analyze it; if not, we put together an initial proposal.
- You send us your content: photos, text, prices and hours, by WhatsApp or email.
- We build and publish the site, with A+ security verified at launch.
- We keep it up to date with a monthly plan, or you leave it as it is if you choose the one-time payment.
Everything is coordinated by WhatsApp and email, with no in-person meetings.
